How do I place an order?
Click on the Home page and enter your location. Then, choose your pick-up location and you will be directed to our products list where you can pick your items. Once you are done, you can proceed to payment by logging in. Your location and pick-up location will be saved when you return next time.
Why am I not able to order when I choose certain pick-up locations?
Pick-up location require a minimum of 4 people signed up to launch a pick-up location. After launch, any number of orders can be placed weekly from that pick-up location.
When Can I Order?
Our ordering period is from Wednesday to the following week, Tuesday. You can place your orders anytime before Tuesday at 11.59pm for same-week Friday delivery.
Where can I see my order history?
Once you Login to you account, you can view this information under order history.
What is the required minimum order?
The minimum order required is $20.
How do I edit my account or payment information?
Once you Login to you account, you can view or edit the information.
What if I can’t pick up my order?
If you can’t pick up the order within the pick-up time window, the pick-up location will either donate it or keep it for themselves.
What do I do with the packaging?
All our packaging are recyclable and biodegradable. You can dispose them in the blue bins.
What do I do if there are no pick-up locations in my area?
You can start one!
How? Simple, go to Sign up as a Hub and submit the form. One of our representative will contact you within 24-48 hours.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered on Friday to the pick-up locations. You can then pick it up from the pick-up location during the pick-up time window.
Are all the products locally grown or made?
Yes! All our products are 100% locally grown, produced or value-added.
How will the food stay cold?
All our products that require cold storage are stored in coolers with FDA approved, reusable, cold pack gels.
How will the food arrive?
We batch your orders and deliver them to your chosen pick-up location within 8 hours ensuring high quality food, food that’s fresh, safe, delicious, and nutritious.
Who can become a pick-up location?
Anyone! If you prefer eating local food, want to support your local community, want to support farmers then you are a perfect fit for becoming a pick-up location.
What do I need to do as a pick-up location?

What are the benefits of being a pick-up location?
You are supporting your local community and producers! You also get to meet your friends, neighbours and family more often! Not just that once your pick-up location reaches a total of $100 or more, you receive 10% of sales ordered from your pick-up location.
When do I get paid?
All payments will be made 2 weeks after delivery. For example: if we make our delivery on June 4th, you will be paid by June 18th.
What is the weekly time commitment for being a pick-up location?
Pick-up locations need to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours on Saturday, any time between 2-9 pm.
What if I am unavailable to manage a pickup?
You can ask someone to cover for you for that week or you can let us know a week in advance so we won’t have you listed as a pick-up location for that week.
What do I do if an order hasn’t been picked up?
If you orders have not been collected during the pick-up times, feel free to either donate it or keep it for yourself.
Where can I host a pick-up location?
Can be anywhere! We mean it! School, parking lot, backyard, garage, home, business or even gym.
Can pick-up locations place orders?
Absolutely! But, you will need to login as a user.
